Wednesday morning, October 27th, we drove to the town of Truckee, CA to see my cousin and his wife. We stayed in Chico, until noon so we could get an oil change, the brakes changed, and the tires rotated. We said goodbye to our friends there and headed out. Today luckily was a short drive of 130 miles into the Tahoe National Forest. We stopped and looked at the Emigrant Trail to Neveda sign, took some pictures and headed on our way. Truckee, I must say is a beautiful place to live!!
